I found the pools were quite refreshing. The dolphin pool was my favourite. The staff at the lobby bar were really attentive. I appreciated their quick service. The hotel offered a free shuttle to Naama Bay which was quite convenient.
The room was a little dated. I did notice some wear and tear. The food at the buffet was quite repetitive. It lacked variety. The WiFi was intermittent in some areas. This.

The water park was genuinely fun, a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. i also found the multiple pools very convenient. It made it easy to find a spot to relax. the free daily shuttles to the sister beaches were nice.
The food was a significant issue. Its similarity every day and across restaurants became monotonous. the italian a la carte dining was not an improvement, it. i think the hotel should diversify the food options and improve the quality.

the hotel is conveniently located ten minutes from the airport, a quick trip after a long flight. it is also close to old town, desert safari sites, and the naama bay market. taxi services are readily available for short trips.

The majority of staff were friendly, a big plus for overall atmosphere. the housekeeper maintained a high standard, providing fresh towels. the daily topping-up of water bottles was helpful for staying hydrated. i didn't drink tap water.

The room was kept clean, which i REALLY appreciated. It also featured a spacious bathroom. the housekeeper displayed creativity, arranged towels into animal shapes, i thought that was cute. the room provided a good space for relaxation after activities.

There were three buffet-style restaurants available plus one free a la carte option during a seven-day stay. the soups were usually a good choice, a SAFE bet. a chinese food day and a shawarma station stood out. the regular offerings were repetitive.

my room received daily cleaning, nice. the food options had some variety, so i found something i liked. it includes a main pool with staff. i see the pool and subbed manager is fabulous.
the hotel advertises a gym, but its misleading. it is a small corner with a rowing machine. there is no secure luggage storage. bags are left in the open near reception. this feels unsafe.

my standard room had a functional air conditioning system. the aquapark access was convenient with many slides. there was a variety of pools including dedicated children's areas. the room cleaning service happened daily.
the gym had limited equipment, just three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the hotel is situated a short ride from naama bay. it is close to the airport, causing frequent plane noise (however, this did not bother me too much). a shuttle service to the beach is available, operating on a fixed schedule.

The main pool area had plenty of sunbeds. I easily found a spot each day. The hotel offered a free bus to two different beaches. The coral beach was great for snorkeling. The rooms were clean and well-kept. My room included a safe, tv, fridge, and hairdryer.
The hotel got crowded during the last days of my stay, causing some delays.

The pool bar staff were attentive and friendly. They consistently checked on guests and provided prompt drink service near the pool. The lifeguard team was also very helpful. They ensured guest safety and provided assistance when needed.
